Обязанности- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience/Background: IT academic background in one of the major Russian institutions
- Good understanding of different project management methodologies and its applicability
- Experience in User Interface interaction design defining user stories
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members peers and seniors Good presentation skills
- Striving for excellence
- Experience in managing remote development groups Personal Characteristics: Accountability and managing expectations
- Customer Service orientation
- Working knowledge of Java and Web Services
- Experience in using UI testing tools for example Selenium Knowledge of Tibco GI and other Tibco software is a plus fluent in English
- Experience running the projects from design and development to production
- Skills Required: Good understanding of J2EE design patterns
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment
- Project management or delivery management experience (2+ years)
