- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering Experience and desired skills: 5 years experience in technical sales B2B sales skills Exceptional negotiation skills Customer relationship management skills Strong result driven personality Well-developed analytical communication (written and verbal Russian and English) Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective management Effective organizational skills in handling multiple priorities and meeting required deadlines in a fast-paced environment Modern industrial IT skills (MS especially Excel and database applications) Compensation Package: Salary (under discussion) bonuses (quarterly annual) car insurance etc
