  • To analyze and define development needs and functional skills gaps of employees based on annual performance appraisal data submitted by HR Managers and Line Managers as well as on independent surveys reports and suggest necessary tools (external training on-the-job training internal training etc.) to meet business needs and company’s requirements
  • To analyze quality and effectiveness of provided training programs and make recommendations to improve training programs quality and select the most efficient development techniques and methods
  • To analyze business operating objectives carry out internal surveys define functional skills set-up for permanent positions and recommend working standards as well as training and development guidelines for them
  • To manage direct reports to ensure their development and succession planning
  • The overall goal of Training Programs Manager is to ensure employees’ functional skills and personal competencies development by design update and carrying out of high quality training programs and introduction of new development methods techniques within approved budget in a cost efficient way in line with business requirements and needs
  • To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager
  • To design develop update introduce and carry out training programs (seminars coaching sessions follow-up programs counseling development centers etc.) for employees based on defined functional skills gaps and development needs to improve their overall performance certify their knowledge and meet business objectives
  • To develop T D policies and procedures for JTI M S in line with corporate T D strategy to satisfy local business requirements and needs and suggest changes to the existing guidelines if necessary
  • EDUCATION: University degree preferably in Management Sociology Psychology or Economics WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years managerial experience in FMCG or big international company 2+ years experience in Training or HR fields LANGUAGES: Fluent English SKILLS: Experienced PC user (MS Office SAP) Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Presentation Skills Management Skills Strategic Vision (helicopter view) Change Management Skills Time Management Planning Skills Knowledge of labour law basics sales marketing concepts forms and methods of people training development in the organization training programs design and development principles Self-Development Self-Motivation Business Understanding including specific knowledge of FMCG business training programs services providers Team Player with ability to establish high ethical standards “win-win” and “can do attitude” in the team Achievement Motivation Organizational Skill
  • To carry out market surveys to identify and select top training programs providers as well as establish partner relationships with them to ensure timely and qualitative delivery of required training programs in line with corporate T D strategy standards and local business requirements and needs
  • MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: To control current and analyze previous years planned and actual expenses on employees’ training and participate in T D Department budget preparation and submission for next year as well as strategic plans for three years on annual basis
